2. Exceptions to the Policy

While Veho Study maintains a strict no-refund policy, exceptions may be made solely at our discretion under the following circumstances:

• If the course or service was not delivered due to technical issues caused by Veho Study.
• Duplicate payments made for the same course or service.

Any refund granted under these exceptions will be credited after thorough verification and within 30 business days.
